Red Dragons visit Filton Avenue Summer Fair

On Saturday 29th June Red Dragons Martial Arts visited Filton Avenue Primary School in Bristol.  The sun was shining and everyone at Red Dragons was ready to deliver an awesome martial artsdisplay.

Sensei started with the Jungle Run and we managed to get a number of children and parents involved.  

​

Then Sensei took a number of our members on the focus pads.  Everyone did incredibly well and Sensei is enormously proud of everyone involved.

​

After the display Sensei ran a few competitions which increased everyone's pulse rate.
