We are delighted to announce that our new Yate freestyle kickboxing classes are open to new registrations. Our amazing Sensei Josh will be teaching all age groups - from Tiny Titans to Adults - on a Wednesday at St. Mary's Church, Church Road, Yate, Bristol, BS37 5BG.
Josh says: "I'm excited to be bringing the Red Dragon Kickboxing school to Yate, and I'm looking forward to helping more people to benefit from Martial Arts. I build my classes around two simple themes - for children and adults to learn something new and for them to enjoy it while they are doing it. Learning a martial art doesn't have to be stern and I try not to take myself too seriously. I find making a fun, friendly environment opens students up to trying something new and exciting.
Central to all martial arts are fundamental life skills such as listening, discipline and mutual respect, and we see our young members benefit greatly by practising these skills in our classes."
Classes will be held on Wednesdays
TINY TITAN (ages 3+) at 4:30pm
JUNIORS (ages 6+) at 5:10pm
ADULTS at 6:00pm
