We are delighted to announce that we have opened a BRAND NEW class at The Pill Community Centre.

The classes are hosted by our instructor Simon and are now taking place every Thursday afternoon.

Like all Red Dragons classes, Simon will be encouraging our members to develop their confidence, leadership skills and fitness through fun and exciting sessions.

Simon has been a Pill resident since August 2022 and we couldn’t be more excited to help the children of the local area develop their skills and confidence.

We are holding two kids classes a week and we will be starting a weekly adult class soon.
